Manage my XL

Click on the tab at the top right that says "Install Items from computer"

Plug in the USB to the PC.
Power up.
Tap the screen to connect to the PC.
Open Home.
Select Internal Memory (only asked if your device has an SD card).
Uncheck (this time) any updates offered.
Click Back.
Click Add Traffic, Voices and other services.
Scroll down and use the right arrow to get to "Items on my computer"
- (on mine it is on the 4th page on top but I may have more options on my GO 930).
Click Items on my computer.
Click the (+) button to the left of Maps.
Click the underlined More info ...

Report back with the information you see there, preferably a screen print (to be added here to your post by clicking the "More Options..." button at the bottom of your composition window.
