Help with loading trips

I sure hope someone can help me.
I like to use MS Streets and trips to configure all my long trips. Is there a way to convert these to the rider2 so that I can call them up. Any help with getting them into the rider2 would be useful. Seems the manual is lacking in these areas.

I suggest that you check out the 'Tyre' program:

It lets you plot a route with Google Maps and convert it to a TomTom itinerary.
