Help! Trouble adding maps to SD card in Palm Treo

I lost my SD card which housed all my maps. I purchased a new card and loaded TOMTOM Application from the Application and User Manual CD. I then began loading the maps. The first map loaded successfully to the SD card but all subsequent attempts to load additional maps returns the following error:

Starting installation of 'west.ini' and 'west.cab'.
Trying to install west to Palm folder West-Map on SD Card.
An internal error occurred (Error number: 7) (Cabinet extraction error).
Deleted 'west.ini' and 'west.cab'.

What size SD card do you have and what version on Nav do you have?
