HELP! Tomtom 330S Can not update the new map

Just got a new xl330s and use the Tomtom home's use latest map guarantee to download the new map, because I have a slow internet connection, so it takes a very long time to downland the map, after download completed, it only take a few seconds to install, when I click DONE, the old map was deleted and the new map is not installed, I have to Restore the unit from backup.

there are five files in the downloaded complete map folder activation_map_50502.cab, map9743-1.gif, map9743.gif, USA_and_Canada.toc, USA_and_Canada.zip

even I removed the old map and the big voice file, it still not working.


any help would be great appreciated!
