HELP PLS...Did I break it? Did update now wont work...

Hi All,

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did a full backup first.
I had some updates and updated the 910.

Now I am getting a picture of the 910 and a flashing RED circle with a White X in it...this is happening when it is not connected to the cradle and I am not sure what I did.....

I am able to see the Tom Tom in the computer in HOME.

There are three updates shown all the same....

Tom Tom Application for GO 910 (6.524)...the download updated put it in home. I clicked on install and get this message now...

UPDATE: Thanks to pedro2nr for his patience and work getting this all fixed for me. THANK GOD FOR BACKUPS!

Ill post some tips I learned after I get some much needed sleep....LOL

"This installation file does not exist: C:\Documents and Settings\MB\Start Menu\My Documents\TomTom\HOME\downloads\navcore_6524.7711.go910(2).c"

any help would be much appreciated as I am at a loss right now

He got his unit working again.
I helped him go through HOME and install the latest firmwire and activate his plus account.
