Help! My 720 won't power up

My 720 has the green power light on but will not power up.

I have tried pressing reset for 15 to 20 seconds...no change.

I've tried holding reset while holding power the power button as well for up to 15 -20 seconds...no change.

Any ideas???? willing to try anything.

I'm also looking for disassembly instructions to check all connections inside as well.

If it is a 720, it can't be that old - are you the original owner (warranty) ? Have you charged it recently?

Don't hold down the power button when resetting - try resetting again.

If you have charged it recently, and the reset (only) does not work, call (do not email) TomTom support.
