Help, I cannot log in to my account, cannot contact support.

Rider 550
I recently bought a Rider 550.

I created an account, but now I couldn't log in, I kept getting this message:

However, after a few attempts, I finally managed to get into my account.

However, I still can't log in on the device, its says "temporarily unavailable", or something similar.


If I try to log in on the MyDrive Connect app I get this message:

I've tried the TomTom chatbot assistant, but that just keeps taking me around in circles. Even when it asks if I need to speak to someone, it never actually takes me there.

I'm not sure what else to do.

Any suggestions welcome.
