I am a new GPS user and recently bought a TomTom XL350TM. I am wondering if I made the right choice because my other choice was the Garmin 1350T LMU. Glad to find this forum and learn more about my TT. Right now, it has some glitches that are apparently WIP and I am awaiting for the software update(s) from TT, which will hopefully fix them (mainly, the TTS prb).

Btw, there is no model # stated on the TT unit itself, only "Canada 310": is this ok? Thx and hope to learn a lot from all of you!

Thx. The common TTS prb (I'll try to keep volume at 80% or below and unclick the 'speed to volume' box in the meantime). The keyboard input reaction seems sluggish, but not sure that's really a glitch.

Hopefully, there will be a software update to fix the sound issue.
