Good evening, Can anyone advise me on what I can do to fix my sat nav My Tomtom has started to say, No route possible on my home address? Even when I type it in manually. It is working on all other routes. This has only started happing. My maps are up to date. I am on GO ESSENTIAL and I am scared to go back to factory reset because I may have to reset everything back onto my sat nav. Is this the only way I can fix this?
Being dyslexic this is not an easy task. Looking forward to some kind of help.

It could be a map error, and there are several possibilities. That said, let's assume it thinks you're on a dirt road. Enabling unpaved roads in the device's routing configuration would solve that problem.

Are ANY of the roads approaching your own road unpaved?
If not ...
Worth trying to report at the Mapshare Reporter if you can figure out how to explain it's the road surface you want changed.
