Hi,
I just brought a Tomtom xl live and ive noticed that the 'Beep when traffic situation on route changes' is missing on traffic preferences. I would like to enable the sound so when new updates come through I will know. I found this very useful on my old tomtom one with rds traffic. I've noticed it now says 'report if traffic on route changes'. Ive ticked this but there is no beep for updates. Thanks.

UPDATE.
I have found the reason why. The beep function is only avalible on version 8.419 firmware. On version 9.53 or 9.54 it is replaced by report traffic on route changes. It does show on screen for about 5 seconds but no sound. Strange they have taken this function off.
