Gordon from Australia - GO520 Suction Cap

I have a GO520 and the suction cap has decided to fail. Is this a common issue, I have purchased a new one through Tom Tom but I ca not login into their site to follow up on the purchase of the suction Cap. Any ideas welcome.

Willy, I don't know what happened to Leggo and his problem, but my experience with the tomtom.com website is that it is close to impossible to get any response when you are located in Australia. Initially it comes up with "Looks like you are in APAC", which I presume is Australia-Pacific, then after advising that anything purchased can only be shipped to the UK, gives a button to continue to APAC. After hitting that button you go around in circles and end with "Looks like you are in APAC".

That link you provided just goes to "Looks like you are in APAC", and no matter how you go about it, you get nowhere, just back to "Looks like you are in APAC".

See if this link will work for you. It’s Amazon UK Global, but it shows that it can be shipped to the US. I’m not sure if it would be available to ship to Australia.

Thanks for all you comments very much appreciated. My "Suction Cup" issue has been resolved, had purchased one through Amazon, it arrived a couple days ago. And yes, I still have trouble logging into my account still. Not to worry, my problem is fixed now.
