Mijn tomtom go 5200 ziet geen verkeersinfo meer. Bij instellingen ziet ie wel dat is verbonden voor oproepen, maar internet traffic niet verbonden. Hoe kan ik dit oplossen.
 
Do you mean more traffic information available?
The SIM card is deactivated, you need to connect your GO to your phone either via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
 
Idd zie geen info op go van verkeersinfo. De go zegt wel dat ue verbonden is.
 
As Willy says, you must now use either your phone for a Bluetooth (or better - WiFi) connection or a MiFi device to get traffic data to your 5200. The cellular connections are being shut down.

I have been using the WiFi hotspot method with my phone for a long time here because 2G service was shut down in the U.S. a long time ago.
 
De tomtom geeft op verbonden met telefoon. Op telefoon bij bluetooth staat "gekoppelde apparaat Tomtom go 5200" Bij instelling tomtom staat "traffic geen internet / tomtom geen account (terwijl ik al vanaf 2016 een account hebt) / bluetooth verbonden / wifi niet verbonden"
 
For Bluetooth, it is not enough that the TomTom is paired to the phone. The phone must be producing a hotspot/tether connection to the internet. As I say, I use WiFi for these connections.

Then it is also necessary that your cellular provider is allowing the phone to create the internet connection. You should check with your carrier to be sure 'tethering' (also called 'hotspot') service is enabled by the carrier.
