GO520 issue with map

Hello, i have cut from SD card original map from GO520 to PC and then copy back to SD card but after turn on GO520 says Issue with map-dont posible use this map on this device, where is issue? is original SD with maps. And TomTom devices dont run on windows CE? Very thanks

Where did you get the device in the first place? From a legitimate store or from some place like ebay? What map is it that was on the device? You might try the reset hole on the bottom of the device?

I mean is from store but is gps from mi friend. Reset tested. Maps Europe_Central-665

That map is at least EIGHT years old! Perhaps it is time for a new device?

Which map can i test? Or for what going this issue? This gps dont hawe win ce and posible install igo?

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds unless your model has a dedicated reset hole.

Not helped, i have tested another and original map from card and same issue

GO 520 - 1GB (TomTom HOME)

But i dont can go to menu gps stuck on screen map does not used for this device and when i unplug SD on screen is no maps on device an thats all.

You may get help from support for this old device but I wouldn't count on it. but make the call:
