GO5000 Won't connect to PC

Hi

I've just bought a GO5000 and downloaded mydrive but my device isn't recognised as connected. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling mydrive to no avail and I've tried every fix mentioned in the faq's.

In device manager my tomtom is listed but it says the drivers are not installed, if i click on update drivers it can't find any update. My PC is a x64 running windows 7.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Already tried everthing on there, nothing made any difference
