Hi AP415, this is a brand new replacement unit as my first one wouldn't charge on the mount. My previous one was 5200 and had no problems. I will try loading straight to the device though with an 8 metre motorhome I always put the dimensions via my laptop to avoid low bridges etc. Not sure if I can do that straight to my device. In the meantime I will contact Tom Tom via their very tedious chat system, repeat myself constantly and send a video of it happening. When it happened to you, did the screen come back as it was before, mine shows the whole route so I have to press the screen to get back to the proper route
