Go Classic 5 2nd edition
Hi I purchased Go Classic 2nd generation in Germany, the display unit maybe other model that had the map of Macedonia. But when I came home I discovered that there are no maps for south Europe. Albania, Macedonia,Greece. I went to buy additional maps, and only option is World Map, but when I go to buy it there is no option to select Macedonia as billing destination. Any advice?

For GO Classic, only the world map includes Albania and Greece. When you registered your GO on the website, did you have to select a country?

Yes I register in Macedonia, but when I go to the store and enter billing information, I can't select Macedonia.

Your billing address is the address you provided when you created your TomTom account.

So, if you enter your email address, you should automatically see your billing address.
 
Hi , thanks for replying, when I go to the basket it asks me to again put billing address and there are small number of countries compared to the list when I created the account. Also my device is Go Classic 2nd generation, and on the web page it says Go Professional 5, but the serial number is ok.
 
hi i bought the world map, but there is no information on how to install it. When i go to maps and click add, there is nothing there

Once you have purchased it, on the website you go to GPS settings, then Updates and new items.
 
Hi I don't have, updates or new items. I contacted support but they are useless.i don't know if the world map is compatible with my device. But when I search for maps the site pointed me to the world map. I don't know what to do. They say there is no refunds for map updates. ?!??
 
Yes the device was selected and I received the invoice. I will read the article and report to you. Thanks again for your help

That's correct, downloadable services are non-refundable.

Contact TomTom customer support; they should be able to help you.
Ask them if your purchase was correctly associated with the right device.
If not, ask them to correct the error.
