Go Camper
My much used 7" Go Camper TT has gradually lost its stickiness to the screen. Thinking it would be simple to get a new one, I have twice ordered one direct from TT. The first had an incorrect usb connector - my fault as I didn't realise that there would be more than one. So I received a mount with usb-c not the micro usb that it seems I need.
Lesson learned, reordered, but the second replacement mount has a slightly longer 'base plate' (the part that the sat nav actually clips on to) and my Go Camper 7" doesn't clip in. (nor did the first replacement..). How on earth can I order the appropriate mount, neither the TT official site nor the usual online resources seem to specify this measurement? For info, the required 'base plate' is 5cm top to bottom, the replacement ones are 6cm. Any help gratefully received, I have journeys to Spain and Wales coming up and will be bereft without my helpful friend!

If you have received a mount equipped with a USB-C port, purchase a cable with a connector that matches the mount's port.

Good solution to that part of the problem, thanks! Though I've now purchased one with the correct micro usb port. But the **** baseplate is wrong, too!
