GO Android app will not start - permanent app loading and spinning wheel

I have the same experiences. For clarity: in the settings menu, the back button at the top left works well.
The use of the back button of the device itself ensures immediate closure of the app, even without asking for confirmation.

Same experience here. Updated Tomtom today on S25+.

Workaround step for app lunching issue: Clear the cache, reboot the phone, launch the app in airplane mode. Once the app is running, please disable all but the first under "TomTom Services", go online and test again.

Hmmm This workaround doesn't work for me at all. I've done all mentioned steps and still in airplane mode I'm finishing on startup screen (spinning wheel). I gave up after few minutes of spinning wheel. TomTomGo ver. 3.6.324 OnePlus 12, Android 16

I have the same problem with the app not loading, the spinning wheel just keeps spinning. On the odd occasion when it does load the spinning wheel stutters as few times after starting no stutter no load. I don't use an adblocker and I don't use a VPN. I recently made a 45 minute journey used Waze as the app wouldn't load and it was still just spinning when I completed the journey. Cache cleared, app deleted and reloaded, no add blocker, no VPN, location makes no difference and two different phones.
