GO 720 keeps going off track

Hi. I have a GO 720. Lately when using it and driving it will all the sudden go off route and start going and doing other things like trying to obtain help etc. Not sure what it is but can't trusst it anymore. Any thoughts on what to do ? I have updated it. THanks...Ron

For starters, take the sharp edge of a business card and slowly move around the perimeter of the glass under the bezel. Sometimes, some gunge gets under there and causes phantom key presses.

Also have you added any protective film to the screen at all? Those can cause problems as they age.
