Go 6000 and My Drive Issues

Hi I have a new go 6000 and have managed to get just one update through My Drive Connect. Every time I log in My Drive reports an update available, but the download just stalls.

I have removed and re-installed My Drive Connect three times now and still I get the problem. Can someone offer some advice please?

If you just let the download time out, the next time you connect to MyDriveConnect, you should be able to uncheck mapshares. Try that.
