GO 2505 Bluetooth problem

I just received my GO 2505. I learned the GPS will not work with my Verizon Casio GzOne Brigade C741 cell phone.

Questions:

How good is Tom Tom with working on a correction to the GPS OS so the cell phone will work?

I did send in a Trouble Ticket to Tom Tom and Verizon Wireless indicating this problem. Which is the better route to go? Any idea?

Is there a way to make it work that I haven't thought about?

"will not work" in what sense? Contact info won't transfer? Hands-free won't work?

There are no work arounds to try and troubleshoot this device as user access/ PC access is locked out, if TomTom have no suggestions either return the device or change your phone/ service provider - Mike
