Get rid of the legal disclaimer?

Mine shows up only after a reset or after connecting it to HOME. I have a Go 720.

Turning it on and off with the power button doesn't require a new legal disclaimer.
 
On my 910 it shows up only after connecting to home and with US map, not when an EU map is loaded. On my Qtek S100 it shows up everytime I switch to the US map. I have a feeling, it has something to do also with the home location.
 
Tap Anywhere

I noticed that it doesn't matter where you tap when this screen comes up. Now I barely notice but if you were trying to tap the "ok" it is tedious. Tap anywhere on the screen & see if it doesn't magically disappear for you too.
