Get rid of the disclaimer

I am getting fed up with the disclaimer and it has also become a hazard to my driving because by the time my One XL finds a signal and I confirmed the route I am usually on the road. It's not like I can wait 2 to 5 minutes for a signal every time I want to use the device. So after I type my route and it finds my current location then it asks me to confirm the route which I always do. I get the silly prompt about driving safely and not operating the tomtom while driving. I find that ironic because the question usually first appears when I am already on the highway causing me to have to answer it while driving 55.

Go into the PREFERENCE menu and tap HIDE TIPS and go into SAFTEY PREFERENCES and see if there is any options in there to de-select.

If you are referring to the big full-page legal disclaimer "It is your responsibility...." with the "I agree" at the lower right. This only appears if your tomtom application crashed and automatically rebooted.

Do you have any 3rd party applications on your tomtom? Maybe their removal will help?

Do you have tons of extra POIs that could be draining the limited 32 bit memory of the XL? Sometimes showing fewer POI types on the screen will help.

If your map is a version 7xx map, you may want to downgrade to a 7.x application, since it's reported to be more stable.
