Garbled text on screen

Hi

I recently bought a refurbished Tom Tom One 3rd edition from Buy.com deal.

My unit is displaying junk test few times for Current street, Next street and Street names on map. I am unable to resolve the issue.

Let me know if anybody in this forum resolved this issue successfully.
