Uninstall app through remove items from my go, reinstall app from items on my computer, safely disconnect and test

I would try a pin re-set first. 910's and 510's seem to need a reset every so often for a number of issues.

I would try a pin re-set first. 910's and 510's seem to need a reset every so often for a number of issues.

I reset by button rear device but the touch not respond... On the first press appear the volume bar and freeze here, the system work but the touch nothing.
