for those of you with the nav7 help me menu and your other cutom menu i have noticed something.when i have it on nav menu and try to back it up i get an error message .but when i switch it over to custom menu it will back it up.also.i hit update on that same menu and no update found,then switched it over to cutom and there was an update. maybe this is why some people arent getting updates.just a guess,maybe someone can dispell this or prove it either way just thought i would throw it out there.when i did the update it was about an hour later so it just could have been updated.

What's the "custom menu"? You mean user-rearranged menus using the 3rd party program?

yes, i have the nav menu with help me,and also can switch to my other menu that has suntime and ttexplorer.it has happened to me could just be an isolated thing.but just waiting to here if someone else has ran into this.
