FM Transmit: Increase Volume/power of signal.??

I have used this feature on a number of occasions..but find I cannot get the most out of my stereo system due to low volume on the TT.

Anyone else notice this and is there a way to increase the "volume" or signal.
Note the slide bar indicating volunme from the TT is at 100% already..I want to increase what is actually coming out/going in to the vehicles radio.

Here in the U.S. the FCC severely limits the power output of FM transmitters and last year started strictly enforcing it on manufacturers. There may be a hack that would increase the power but I haven't found it yet.
