Firmware: how do IDowngrade?

I recently got a TT720 and played around with it. Then I upgraded the firmware and soon discovered that it all sucks now. How do I go back to earlier firmware? I have sound problems and transfer of phonebook problem.

No. At least I am not sure. I am new at this.

What version of firmware do you have on the unit? Tap the satellite bars and the next screen shows the version number of the firmware.

i also need help with this. i did not make a backup prior to upgrading (just bought this on last saturday). it shows my app version 8.300. thanks
