Fast forward through songs, etc?

I can switch songs/chapters on my 920 but cannot fast forward through songs either on unit or with remote. Any ideas? Many thanks....

U have to hold the skip button to fast forward.

Does that work listening to audiobooks? I find it very frustrating I can't back up a minute or two without restarting from the chapter.
