Extend the Main menu on TT XL IQ

Hello,

I have a TT XL IQ 2GB (64MB) that I updated via TTHome to NC 9.510. It works just fine except that the main menu is restricted Indeed, the first 2 digits of the serial number of my device are GJ.

I heard about a ToTom MenuBuilder tool that I can not find.
So, I am looking for this ToTom MenuBuilder to get an extended menu like TT GO. Especially adding the TomTom Services option for Speed Cam.
Unless someone has already prepared this type of menu which I would like to have the link.

However, I did a search on the site and found that thead, which is not bad but does not quite satisfy me because there is no option TomTom Services and Speedcam.

May you let me know how can I add TomTom Services and Speedcam to that menu? Otherwise,
where can I find TT MenuBuilder tool?
