The Discover has an on map icon for EV chargers. Sometimes it has a red dot on it, sometimes a green dot.
Can anyone pleas explain the meaning of the red and green dots?

Green should indicate availability, red should indicate all in use. I don't know how accurate this information is in any given region, though.
If you select an individual charging station icon on the map, it should show the colored green/red dots there, the number available spaces vs. total, and the charging current (e.g., "Slow - 6.4KW").
