Europe vs Western Europe map

Hi

Looking to get a TomTom app for my new iPhone 4, but a bit confused by the map options:

?52.99 Western Europe 1.85Gb
?69.99 Europe 1.83Gb

The Europe map appears to have all of the same countries as the Western Europe map plus about 10 extra Eastern European countries.

Does anyone know why it has a smaller file size? Worried that perhaps some information is missing from the W. European part of the European map.

Sorry, did try searching before I posted... but somehow missed the "Difference between iPhone Apps" post from a few days ago asking exactly the same thing!
