error updating the maps for western europe tomtom one iq routes

Hello
I am trying to update the maps in my europe TOMTOM ONE IQ ROUTES with the 30 days waranty included after the purchase but I am getting an error displayed by tomtom home. You can see it in the jpeg and txt files attached.
Please, could you help me to overcome this error and update the map?

Well, it may be that the 850 maps due any day are giving problems with the Latest Map guarantee servers.

Anyway, as the error message says, call support for your country at:
