I'm going away in a couple of weeks and I am trying to enter all the pois in my tomtom through long and lat.

I have tried with the north american maps and the european maps open but all it tells me is that the cursor is not near the points and it then won't accept them.

I know I must be doing something daft here, I'm sure it's easy but I don't know.

    any help
    Thanks
    Jeff

I'd use Google Earth or Google Maps to create waypoints and then use Tyre to convert those into POIs... But that's just me.

The correct map should be active when enterring poi's. You'll also have to set your home address (ie. a hotel) to a place within or near to the city of the poi.
