Edit My places on PC

Hello, I used to be able to edit my places and routes through a TT web page on my PC. I can't remember exactly what the web address was but I now can only find something called plan.tomtom. This does show my routes but none of my places. Does anyone know if the old website still exists or will I have to recreate them (or not bother) in plan.tomtom
Any useful suggestions gratefully received.

The old website is no longer available and has been replaced by Tomtom plan the new one
If you are connected with the same identifiers as your Tomtom account your places should not have disappeared.

Thanks, I get that but why are would my routes be there but not my places?
