Should be available in your account when you log into MyDriveConnect. You may have to clear the cache first.

i bought my gps in france but now i'm in egypt and i can't use it because i need to obtain egypt map

You'll need to purchase a TomTom map that includes Egypt. I see you have an old ONE unit, so using Home, see what new map you can find that works in Egypt.
