download folder does not exist???

i can't update my tomtom through tomtom home..

it says download folder does not exist???

tried creating a download folder...no luck

reinstalled tomtom home..no luck

restored tomtom to factory settings...no luck

Are you sure the precise folder path as detailed in the folder location of Home's menu: Tools-->Home Preference-->Folder Preference tab-->downloads exists on your hard drive?

is this folder path on my tomtom harddrive or my computers?

im on a mac if it makes a dif....

Computer.

Anything gotten via Home is first downloaded to the computer and then installed on the unit.
