Doesn't Power up Tom Tom

Hi

I have a tom tom one xl 720. The problem is it doesn't power up at all. I have already reset it and taken the SD card out but no help.

I have also tried connecting it to PC but doesn't show anything in removable drives.

Can anyone help me. I am in australia if someone knows any repair centre in Melbourne.

I think you have either an XL or a 720 but I don't believe there is a One XL 720.

Is the battery charged in the unit?
