Does the Online Support Question Work?

When I try to ask a question via the web page support at TomTom.com I get the error:

Question Submission Failed
'User ID' requires a value.Use the browser Back button to return to the previous page to correct these problems.

There is no ?User ID? field to fill in and I am logged into the system with the correct ?My Account? information.

Does this feature work for anyone else?
 
I haven't used the online support in awhile but it does work. I'm assuming with all the online troubles TomTom is having (i.e. internal server error) that this is a symptom.
