When I try to ask a question via the web page support at TomTom.com I get the error:
Question Submission Failed
'User ID' requires a value.Use the browser Back button to return to the previous page to correct these problems.
There is no ?User ID? field to fill in and I am logged into the system with the correct ?My Account? information.
Does this feature work for anyone else?
