Hi,

I was going to turn on my tt the other day and it was dead. I know it was fully charged before I turned it off.
I am assuming it works like a cell phone but I could be wrong.

The question... does the battery drain to dead after sitting for a length of time?

thanks

The device isn't fully off when you press the power switch for Off, instead its in a suspend mode which does still use a small amount of power, for devices with a true reset switch pressing this does turn the power fully off, for the devices (like yours) that employ the on/ off switch as a reset switch you cannot fully turn the device off until the battery is depleted at which point the device will fully power down - Mike

Nop...Not on my tt ....yet ....since i only have it for a month ....
It just takes a little bit longer to lock in signal ....if it's OFF for 2 days or so ...
Normally it locks in signal before i get out of garage ....
Oh..one more thing "do not set destination before signal's locked ...It'll take a long time to get set ..."
Happens to my tt ....
.
