recently bought the tomtom app for uk&irleand for the iphone but my iphone is in repair and just wonderying if am wasting time or is it forever ? as i see you theres option of purchasing 12month for ?23

No problem with the TomTom app itself.
The subscriptions are for TomTom HD Traffic. So if you did not subscribed (using in-app purchase) for the traffic you do not need to worry.
