Difference between 940 and 740

Hi,

I want to get one of the new live unit's because I no longer have my tomtom and want another, however im not really sure the difference between these two, does the 940 just have USA and Russia maps? or does it have anything else that is worth the ?100 / $200 extra payable for the unit...
