Delete All Favourites ?

i have 2 via 1530's and want to move all favourites from #1 to #2 in order to sync the devices. i am assuming that i first have to delete the favourites that are already on #2. is there a way to delete ALL favourites in one step?
also i have downloaded favorites.ov2 from device #1 to my desktop mac and am assuming i can just restore from there onto device #2 once i have cleaned the existing ones ... correct? thanks for any advice

You can do a 'restore factory defaults' on the second device. This should delete all personal settings from the second device, including favourites in one shot.

Then add the favourites.ov2 file to the 2nd device.
