Yes, It doesn't! Your TT doesn't take any local times into consideration. Your TT works with UTC time. If you want the clock to display your local time, you have to set it yourself.

You know... I find it really odd (and somewhat silly) that the TT doesn't automatically handle localtime. I mean, it knows where you are. All it needs is the coordinates of the TZ lines which are easily found and it should be able to cross-correlate using a standard unix timezone file to reset the wallclock to the appropriate localtime.

I agree and wish this could somehow be updated via firmware. It's just a PITA to change your clock if you travel often.
