Corrupt Map ? Other Roads on Top of Existing Roads

Hi. I use TT 6 for PDA and I have Northern America. I my area Northern NJ are US 280 at Livingston exit, there are imaginary roads and a lot of this criss-crossing roads that has names that I have not seen in US roads. Could it be a corrupt map file?
