correct location for XXL .ogg files?

I am relatively knowledgeable about basic TT operation/HOME. I've had a GO510 for years. I just purchased an XXL TM and addes a POI catagory to my maps folder.
I would like to add an .ogg alert but when I went to "warn when near POI" under "Manage POIs", I was asked several questions. I chose add sound but I was not able to test.

Am I on the right track? .ogg has same name as POI catagory and is located in Maps folder. Should it be moved to sound folder?

While it should work in the map folder with the exact name as you say it has, some find placing the file in the sounds folder does get the association to work.
