Hi just wondering how i can download corfu map onto my Tom Tom XL version 4? any suggestions welcome?

Connect your device to the computer. Start Home2. Click on Purchase maps and take it from there...........​

Individually, no, but it should come with any TomTom map that includes Greece. TomTom has the island pretty much fully mapped, though not all streets are identified by name. Probably wouldn't hurt to go armed with coordinates in case you're trying to get to some more obscure places.
