Note:

I've cleaned up a few places, tweaked lat/long if necessary and names if they've changed. The Red Deer location is tricky. It's listed as 50th street but Google Maps calls it Gaetz Avenue and it's actually off the main road (there's a Gaetz Avenue West that parallels Gaetz Avenue). I also fixed the filename (it was missing a "k" in breakfast)

Also, I tweaked Calgary SE's location on the map so it directs you to 128th Avenue because that's where the entrance to South Pointe is on the map. If you google the exact address on 130th Avenue, you'll see that if you're heading westbound, you would've missed the entrance and would have to take cross the Deerfoot Trail and double back.

Personally, I don't, but I'm in the UK and use PocketGPSWorld.com for my POIs

(Oh and BTW... you can't get POIs from 'MyTomTom' at all!)

Ahh. Is there a North American version that I'm not aware of?

I noticed that POI2Go is gone =(. I had to enter the lat/long manually.

(Ohh? I didn't even know! I'm still using my ONE V2 with HOME! All new TTs use My TomTom?)

Just because TomTom doesn't offer any POI's in addition to the ones that come packaged with a Nav3 device does not mean 3rd party POIs cannot be used.

Through the MyTomTom Support Application's Add community content custom POI categories can be entered and then used just like with Nav2 (HOME) devices.

This means your efforts will not be in vain as users of newer devices can apply them.

To me personally Cora's POIs are of not much use as I don't eat breakfast and it is very doubtful that I would have brunch on the road and the Pickering venue is 10 minutes from me.

None the less, I appreciate the efforts you have put into this for the benefit of your TomTom mates.

Thanks! Good to know that all users can still use it and it's not limited to those with older devices (I've been out of the loop for so long. I've just updated my maps for the 2nd time lol).

Any tips on entering them a bit quicker? I used to use POI2Go but I see that it's no longer available for download. That one would've just compiled a list for you and you just had to verify it rather than what I'm doing now and entering it manually.
