I have a TT 5100 and I am using the latest version of MyDrive Connecr.
When I connect the TT 5100 to the laptop using a USB lead and run MyDruve Connect the TT the screen on the 5100 tells me that it is connected to the computer and that I should use MyDrive Connect to manage my device and maps. However the software on the laptop, MyDrive Connect ties to connect to the device but fails to do so.
Under Control Panel/Network Devices I am told that the tomtom is working OK.
I have tried several different usb leads and all produce that same result.
Before I updated the MtDrive Connect it used to work OK!!!
