Color Scheme Always Changes by itself. Need Help!

Not sure why, but for some reason my color scheme seems to change on its own. Its a bit annoying. Not sure if others have experienced this.

I like to have the Day and Night Color to both be "America", but for some reason it changes my night color scheme to "Astra".

I have a TomTom One 3rd Edition (US)

I hate having to change it back all the time.

TomTom suggests downloading and running the Clear Flash tool for situations where settings don't take.
